UPERIO Deutschland delivers two cranes for construction site on artificial island

UPERIO Deutschland is glad to report that we have delivered two more cranes to our longtime customer MBN Bau AG Berlin. The tower crane models are a Potain MDT219 and a Terex CTT121, respectively, both are top-slewing cranes. MBN Bau AG will rent the cranes for approximately 12 months.

MBN's Berlin branch is building an innovative office complex on an area of approx. 3,128 m². The site is located at the Darwinstraße in Berlin’s Mierendorff quarter. The area is an artificial island enclosed by the Spree River to the east and the West Canal to the west.

Responsible for the project are Kathleen Brzeski and Fredy Kumm, both in charge of crane sales and rental.
