What motivated you to become an UPERIO CSR Ambassador?
I firmly believe in the importance of CSR and wanted to actively contribute to making a positive impact within the company.
What's the first accessible and impactful action you'd like to launch at your site?
At upcoming staff meetings, CSR won't just be a topic for discussion, but a real action. Employees will have the opportunity to propose initiatives, and the most impactful ones will be implemented.
What do you do in your everyday life about CSR?
Outside work, I am also committed in my personal life, using green energy from solar panels and a home battery, and ensuring strict waste sorting at home.
