Meet Our CSR Ambassador: Margarita Korkischko from Germany.

Since 2018, Margarita has been a familiar member of our sales team in Zülpich. She is now also wholeheartedly committed to promoting sustainability within UPERIO.

With her enthusiasm, she aims to inspire colleagues to collaborate in creating a more sustainable future. Whether it involves saving energy, separating waste, or fostering an appealing workplace, Margarita pursues tangible, positive change.

Margarita has been working at UPERIO since 2018, in Zulpich, in the sales department. She is now also a CSR Ambassador and is enthusiastic and motivated by this role.

What motivated you to become a CSR Ambassador at UPERIO?

I want to support change and encourage employees to adopt more responsible actions, both at work and in their personal lives.

Raising awareness and changing mindsets are essential to building a more sustainable future.

My goal? To make teams happier and more committed by integrating CSR into their daily lives in a concrete and accessible way.

What's the first accessible and impactful action you'd like to launch at your site?

I want to improve the break room and make it more welcoming for all employees, including those in the offices.

I will check the possibility of introducing specific sorting of green waste at sites in Germany.

I plan to install an automatic lighting system to save energy on the premises.

I also aim to raise awareness among colleagues about energy and resource conservation, including light, water, and waste management.

What do you do in your everyday life about CSR?

On a personal level, I prefer to buy and resell second-hand clothes for myself.

I emphasize the importance of a positive, caring attitude in my daily life, convinced that change also requires a positive attitude and a harmonious working environment.
