We build sustainable impact at UPERIO, we believe that real change starts with commitment and collaboration. That is why we have appointed CSR Ambassadors at all our locations, employees dedicated to advancing our sustainable mission. 

This initiative aims to appoint a community of employees who are passionate about sustainable development into a team that strengthens and promotes the CSR approach across the group. 

Who are the CSR Ambassadors? 

• Change agents: They will represent our CSR strategy locally and inspire their teams.
• Data & innovators: They will monitor the CSR KPIs of their site and propose impactful or corrective actions if necesssary. 
• Awareness makers: They will raise awareness about sustainable development and drive action. 
• Communicators: They will strengthen dialogue between the central CSR strategy and local initiatives. 

Through their efforts, we aim at maintaining a consistent focus on sustainability and positive change, supported by our UPERIO CSR Label program.
